ANGEL PIE 
1 stick butter, soft
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 sq. Baker's unsweetened chocolate (melted)
2 eggs

In mixer add together butter, sugar and vanilla. Add melted (cooled) chocolate. Add eggs one at a time and beat 5 minutes for each at medium speed. Fills 8-inch pie shell (baked). Keep refrigerated. Serve topped with whipped cream.
