PORK 'N' SPICY APPLES 
1/4 c. Heinz 57 sauce
1/4 c. apple jelly
1/4 c. apple juice
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Dash allspice
1 lb. boneless pork loin
1/4 c. all purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 lg. Granny Smith or Delicious apples, peeled, sliced 1/2 inch thick
1 tbsp. butter

Combine first 6 ingredients, set aside. Cut pork crosswise into 4 slices, pound to 1/4 inch thick. Combine flour, salt and pepper. Dust pork lightly with flour mixture. Saute pork in oil in large skillet, saute apples in butter 2 or 3 minutes and remove. Pour 57 sauce mixture into a skillet; heat, stirring constantly, until jelly is melted and sauce is thickened. Return apples to skillet. Heat. Spoon apples and sauce over pork. Makes 4 servings.
