SWEET'N SPICY PORK CHOPS 
4 pork chops, 1 inch thick, all fat trimmed
2 onions, sliced
1 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1/2 c. golden raisins
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown pork chops in a heavy skillet. Remove from pan, add onions and cook until soft. Return chops to pan with remaining ingredients, salt and pepper to taste. Cover, cook until pork is tender and thoroughly cooked. About 30 to 45 minutes. Makes four servings.
