BAKED PINEAPPLE 
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle top with cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, covered. Brown an additional 15 minutes without cover.
