CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER BARS 
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. oats
3/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. butter

FILLING:

1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. chocolate mix
2 tbsp. water
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 (4 1/2 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened

In small bowl, combine first 5 ingredients until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup for topping. Press remaining crumbs in ungreased cake pan.

In small bowl, combine all the filling ingredients. Blend until smooth. Spread carefully over crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until lightly browned.
