PIE CRUST MIX 
6 c. flour
2 c. lard
1 tbsp. salt

I always double this. Mix in a large bowl. Makes a 5 quart ice cream container full. Blend well until resembles coarse cornmeal. Put in covered container and refrigerate. Use 3 tbsp. water to each cup of mix. 1 1/2 cups mix will make a large 2 crust pie.
