3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt

Mix.

1 1/4 c. shortening
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 egg
5 tbsp. cold 7-Up

Mix flour and salt, cut into shortening. Combine vinegar, egg and 7-Up and add to flour mixture. Roll out.

Makes two 2 crust pies. Very tender pie crust.
