BULK PIE CRUST MIX 
3 lbs. shortening
5 lbs. flour
2 tbsp. salt

Mix together thoroughly to a crumbly stage and store in airtight container. Use 1 1/2 cups of this mix with ice water for each crust.

You can also roll out all your crusts flat and store in the freezer for future use using waxed sheets in between each crust.
