“KANSAS FRENCH TOAST (SCHNEEDA)” IS IN:

KANSAS FRENCH TOAST (SCHNEEDA) 
1 cup flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. vanilla (optional)
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1/2 to 3/4 cup milk
bread

Combine all ingredients except the bread. Dip slices of bread into the batter and bake well in a skillet brushed with butter.

Flip to cook other side halfway through the cooking (about 2 minutes).

Serve hot with syrup.
