GREEN TOMATO RELISH 
4 c. chopped green tomatoes
4 c. chopped onion
6 red bell peppers
6 c. sugar
2 tbsp. mustard seed
2 c. water
4 c. chopped cabbage
12 green bell peppers
1/2 c. salt
1 tbsp. celery seed
4 c. vinegar

Put tomatoes and salt up to set overnight. Next day rinse and drain. While tomatoes are draining put cabbage, onions, peppers, sugar, celery seed, mustard seed, vinegar, and water all together. Heat and cover overnight. This keeps this from being tough. Next day add tomatoes and mix all together. Bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes. Put in jars and seal.
