GREEN TOMATO RELISH 
Grind 20 green tomatoes
8 lg. apples

Let set 2 hours. Squeeze out juice. Add: 1 red pepper 5 c. sugar 1 tbsp. salt 1 tbsp. celery seed 1 tbsp. turmeric 2 c. cider vinegar 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. cloves 1 tbsp. mustard seed

Boil all ingredients together 1/2 hour until slightly thickened. Seal in canning jars.
