FORGET ME NOT COOKIES 
2 egg whites
3/4 c. white sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips or walnuts

Beat egg whites and a pinch of salt until stiff. Add sugar by 2 teaspoons at a time and beat until stiff. Fold in chocolate chips or walnuts. Put wax paper on a cookie sheet. Drop by teaspoonfuls. Before you begin to prepare mixture turn your oven on to 375 degrees. Turn off oven when you put the cookies in. Leave overnight or at least 5 hours. These are easy to make especially when you're working and do your baking in the evening.
