RICE SALAD 
1 box chicken Rice-A-Roni
4 green onions, chopped
10 stuffed green olives, chopped
1 (6 oz.) jar artichoke hearts, chopped and drained (save liquid)
1/2 c. chopped green pepper

Cook rice according to directions except use 1/4 cup less water. Cool. Add next 4 ingredients. Combine artichoke liquid with 1/2 cup Hellmann's mayonnaise and 1/8 teaspoon curry powder. Refrigerate overnight.
