ROAST BEEF/BEEFY ONION SAUCE 
Rump roast
1 lg. onion, diced
1 stick butter
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Garlic salt to taste
4 beef bouillon cubes
Water

Over medium heat, melt butter in pot. Add roast and onions. Season with salt, pepper and garlic salt. Brown roast on all sides. When finished, add water until only tip of the roast sticks out of water. Bring to boil. Add bouillon cubes, season to taste. Cook for 1 hour. Take roast out slice it and put it back in pot. Reduce heat. Cook until meat is tender. Serve over macaroni.
