EASY BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 sm. can mushrooms, drained
Salt & pepper to taste
1 c. sour cream (lite)
Hot cooked rice or noodles
1 can celery soup

In a skillet, brown the beef, onion and celery. Add soup, mushrooms, salt and pepper. Cook about 5 minutes. Add sour cream. Heat over low heat (don't boil) to serving temperature. Serve over rice or noodles.
