BEEF STROGANOFF 
Rice or egg noodles (for 8)
1 can beef consomme
2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. onion, diced
1 c. mushrooms, chopped
1/2 c. Bell pepper, diced
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of Tabasco
1 clove garlic, diced
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1 tbsp. wine vinegar

Boil rice or noodles as directed on package. Saute beef until brown, then add onion, bell pepper, mushrooms and garlic until soft. Drain grease. Add beef consomme, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco; cook for 10 minutes. Add sour cream, evaporated milk, wine vinegar and 2 tablespoons flour. After cooked to desired thickness and taste, serve on top of rice or noodles.
