SAUSAGE PATTIES 
2 lbs. ground pork
1 tsp. salt (opt.)
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. sage
1 clove, crushed
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1 tbsp. fennel seed

Add seasoning to ground pork; mix well. Shape into patties and fry slowly.
