SALMON PATTIES 
2 c. canned salmon
1 c. cracker crumbs (Ritz or Hi-Ho)
1 sm. onion, diced
1/2 c. green pepper, diced
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. sage

Place all ingredients in large bowl and mix thoroughly. Mixture should be slightly moist and should hold together. Form patties; dip in flour and fry in 1 tablespoon fat in medium hot skillet until golden brown on each side.
