SAUSAGE PATTIES 
1 lb. bulk sausage
2 slices white bread, soaked in milk & squeezed dry
2 tbsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1/4 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. coriander
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar

Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Make patties, then fry or broil.
