HOMINY PIMENTO CASSEROLE 
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1 can pimento
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 c. sharp grated cheese
5 c. hominy
1 c. sliced canned mushrooms
1/2 tsp. Tabasco
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. sliced olives

Make white sauce.

Combine all ingredients in large casserole. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
