ITALIAN SALAD 
2 bunches romaine lettuce
4 green onion stalks
1/2 lb. Provel rope cheese
1 lb. crumbled bacon
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
6 oz. apple cider vinegar
2 oz. water
1 1/4 c. oil
1/3 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing mix
1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar

Combine torn lettuce, sliced green onion, Provel cheese and bacon in a large bowl. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Chill.

In a separate container, shake together apple cider vinegar, water, oil, dressing mix and sugar. Just before serving, pour dressing over salad and toss.
