ITALIAN VEGGIE SANDWICH | |
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms 3/4 c. chopped & seeded fresh tomato 3/4 c. thinly sliced zucchini 1/4 c. sliced green onions 1/4 c. bottled low calorie Italian salad dressing 1 tsp. Parmesan cheese 2 slices Lite-line process cheese product, any flavor, cut into strips Lettuce leaves 2 slices very thin bread, toasted In small bowl, combine mushrooms, tomato, zucchini, onions, salad dressing and Parmesan cheese. Cover; refrigerate 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Just before serving, toss with Lite-line strips. Spoon equal portions of vegetable mixture onto lettuce-lined bread slices. Serve immediately. |
