ITALIAN ROAST BEEF SANDWICHES 
3 1/2 to 4 lb. roast
Good Seasons Italian dressing mix
French's Au Jus gravy mix
1 med. green pepper
2 tbsp. sugar
Salt & pepper
Pepperidge Farm French rolls

Cook roast; then slice thin. Mix dressing mix and gravy mix according to package directions. Pour over sliced roast beef in an electric skillet. Top with thin slices of green pepper, sugar, salt and pepper. Stir well and simmer for 1 hour. Serve on warm Pepperidge Farm French rolls. This can sit in the refrigerator overnight if desired.
