ITALIAN BEEF 
beef roast
Italian seasoning
jalapenos (optional for a little extra flavor)
salt and pepper, to taste
garlic powder
onion powder

In a Crockpot, add beef roast and water to cover the bottom of the roast. Add Italian Seasoning to cover top of the roast and a bit in the water. Put jalapenos on top of the roast and a few in the water. Cook on low 8-9 or until roast is done. Shred apart and eat on a bun or over noodles.
