1 1/2 c. orange juice
1 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. cornstarch
Pinch of salt

Cook all ingredients until thick and bubbly. Pour into graham cracker tarts. Top with meringue of whipped topping. Enjoy!
