YUMMY AND EASY CREAM CHEESE
TARTS
 
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
18 vanilla wafers

Cream together cream cheese and sugar, add eggs, blending together well. Place 18 cup cake liners in cup cake pan and put one vanilla wafer in each liner. Fill each liner 3/4 full of cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes (no longer!) cool. Top with fresh fruit or canned pie filling.
