2 to 2 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 stick butter

Mix butter and graham cracker crumbs together - press into cupcake papers in a muffin tin.

FILLING:

1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 egg
2 tbsp. milk

Mix all filling ingredients together. Spoon 1 teaspoon on top of graham cracker mix.

Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove, cool, add your favorite fruit or pie filling on top. Serve. Makes 18 tarts.
