CREAM CHEESE CHERRY TARTS 
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Vanilla wafers
Cherry pie filling

Using small, tart size pans; line with small baking cups. Put 1 vanilla wafer in bottom of each cup (may have to be trimmed down to fit). Beat all 5 ingredients until smooth. Fill papers half full. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. After baking, top with 1 teaspoon cherry pie filling. Makes about 6 dozen.
