CHERRY CHEESE TARTS 
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter (1/2 stick)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can cherry pie filling

Mix crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and softened butter. Line bottoms of cupcake papers with mix, pressed firmly. Put in tins.

Mix softened cream cheese with 1/2 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after reach addition. Add vanilla. Pour over cracker crust (about 1 tablespoon).

Bake at 350 degrees about 15-20 minutes. Cool and cover with cherries. Chill several hours. Makes about 24.
