CHERRY CHEESE TARTS 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
18 vanilla wafer cookies
1 can prepared cherry pie filling

Mix all ingredients together (except cookies and cherry pie filling) until smooth. Place one vanilla wafer in bottom of cupcake paper lined cupcake pan. Fill 2/3 to 3/4 full and bake in 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

Remove from oven and top each tart with cherry pie filling. Put in refrigerator to chill.
