CREAM CHEESE CHERRY TARTS 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
40 Keebler vanilla wafers
1 can cherry pie filling

Cream softened cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs, lemon juice and vanilla; beat until fluffy. Place a vanilla wafer in bottom of foil cup. Fill a little more than 2/3 full. Bake until set, 15-20 minutes at 375 degrees. When cool, top with cherry or blueberry pie filling. Note: Must use foil tin liners, mini muffin size.
