CREAM CHEESE COOKIE TARTS 
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/3 c. sugar
3 tbsp. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 c. flour

FILLING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. lemon juice
Dash grated lemon rind

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Combine first five ingredients; beat until creamy. Stir in flour, cover and refrigerate 30 minutes. Mix filling.

Press about a tablespoon of pastry mix in muffin tins, up the sides. Spoon filling about 3/4 full. Bake 12-15 minutes or until slightly brown on edges. Eat as they are or top with canned cherries, etc.
