MARSHMALLOW COOKIE TARTS 
TARTS:

20 oz. pkg. refrigerated cookie dough
3/4 c. coconut
1-1 1/2 c. marshmallow creme

TOPPING:

Chocolate chips
Chocolate mint candy wafers
Chopped nuts
Peanut butter
Preserves/jelly
Toasted coconut

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Generously grease 36 muffin cups. Slice cookie dough into 1/4 inch slices. Place one slice in bottom of each greased muffin cup. Sprinkle each with 1 teaspoon of the coconut. Bake at 325 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool 5 minutes; remove from pans. Cool completely. Fill each tart with 1-2 teaspoons of the marshmallow creme. Top each with desired toppings.
