BEEF - NOODLE BAKE 
1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles (about 2 c.)
1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. chopped celery
3 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 can condensed tomato soup
Dash of pepper
1 tbsp. fat
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soy sauce

Cook noodles in boiling, salted water until tender; drain. Cook meat, onion, celery and green pepper in hot fat until meat browns. Add the salt, pepper, soy sauce and tomato soup. Heat to boiling point.

Combine noodles with 1/2 meat mixture, pour into greased 2 quart casserole. Top with remaining meat mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated through. Makes 6-8 servings.
