BEEF 'N NOODLE BAKE 
5 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 to 1 lb. pkg. egg noodles
3/4 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. rosemary
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In medium saucepan melt 3 tablespoon of butter; stir in flour, salt, and pepper. Add milk and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add mushrooms and parsley. Cook noodles as package directs; drain.
