CREAM CHEESE TARTS 
4 (8 oz.) cream cheese (softened)
1 1/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 can cherry pie filling (or your favorite filling)
36 vanilla wafers

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line muffin pans with paper baking cups.

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla together. Place a vanilla wafer in the bottom of each muffin cup.

Spoon cream cheese mixture over vanilla wafer, filling each cup about 2/3 full. Top each with 1 teaspoon pie filling. Bake 15-20 minutes. Let cool, refrigerate for several hours or until thoroughly chilled. 36 tarts.
