SWISS STEAK ITALIANO 
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt (optional)
2 lbs. round steak
2 tbsp. oil
3/4 c. sliced onions
1 (15 oz.) spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
1 c. sliced carrots
1 c. sliced celery

Mix flour and salt; pound into round steak. Heat oil in pan; brown meat. Remove meat; add onion and cook until tender. Add meat, sauce, celery, and carrots; cover and cook 1 1/2 hours or until meat and vegetables are tender. Makes 6 servings.
