HOLIDAY BERRY PUNCH | |
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries in syrup, thawed 1 (12 oz.) can frozen concentrated cranberry- raspberry juice cocktail 1 (12 oz.) can frozen concentrated lemonade 1 bottle (1 liter) Ginger Ale, chilled 1 bottle (2 liters) seltzer, chilled Strawberries and cranberries for garnish 1. Puree strawberries with syrup in container of electric blender (this can be done ahead of time and refrigerated). 2. Just before serving, combine pureed strawberries, cranberry-raspberry concentrate, lemonade concentrate and Ginger Ale in a 6 quart bowl or punch bowl. Stir in seltzer and serve from a pitcher or punch bowl in glasses. Garnish with skewered strawberries and cranberries if you wish. Makes 32 1/2 cup servings. |
