EASY CHICKEN POT PIE 
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 (about 9 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 c. cubed cooked chicken or turkey
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
1 c. all-purpose baking mix

Mix soups, vegetables (thawed) and chicken. Place in a 9-inch pie plate. Mix mix, egg and baking mix. Pour over the chicken mixture.

Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes or until golden.

May use fat-free soup. May also use Campbell's cream of chicken soup with herbs soup.
