WARM CHERRY PUFF 
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. biscuit baking mix
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. almond extract
2 tbsp. butter, softened
1 (21 oz.) Thank You cherry or light cherry pie filling

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Blend milk, eggs, biscuit mix, sugar, extract, and butter in blender 15 seconds or beat on high speed of mixture 1 minute. Pour into greased 10 inch pie pan or 11 x 7 inch baking pan. Spoon cherry filling over the top. Bake 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Makes 8 servings.
