SKILLET BEEF CHOP SUEY 
Saute 1 1/2 cups celery strips, 1 large onion cut in wedges, 1 green pepper cut in strips and 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt in 2 tablespoons oil until lightly browned but still crisp. Remove from pan. Brown 1 pound hamburger. Drain excess grease and add the vegetables.

Combine 2 tablespoons cornstarch with 1 1/3 cups water and 2 tablespoons soy sauce. Add this to meat and vegetables. Cook and stir until thickened. Serve over rice or Chinese noodles. Serves 4-6 people.
