CHEDDAR CRACKERS 
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. finely grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 lg. egg white
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. melted butter

Combine first 5 ingredients. Combine and beat last 3 ingredients. pour water mixture over flour mixture and mix well. Knead into ball and set aside under a bowl for 10 minutes. Roll very thin on floured surface. Cut with 1 1/2 inch round cookie cutter. Place on greased baking sheets. Prick center with fork. Bake at 375 degrees until lightly browned, 20 to 25 minutes. Cool and store in airtight container.
