APPLE KUCHEN 
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1 c. sour cream
2 1/2 c. sliced, pared apples
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 egg yolks or 1 egg
1/2 c. sugar

Cut butter into dry cake mix until crumbly. Mix in coconut. Put mixture into ungreased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan, building up the edges slightly. Bake 10 minutes. Arrange apple slices on warm crust. Mix sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle on apples. Blend sour cream and eggs. Drizzle on apples. Bake 15 minutes. Peaches or other fruit can be used, also different cake mixes.
