CROUTONS FOR WEDDING SOUP 
12 eggs, separate whites
1 c. grated cheese
12 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. melted Crisco or oil
Chopped up parsley

Beat egg whites until stiff. Beat egg yolks, then combine together. Pour in a large bowl and mix in the rest of the ingredients. Pour in a cookie sheet (12x18-inch), lined with wax paper and prepped with cooking spray. Bake at 350°F until golden brown. Turn over and peel wax paper off immediately. Let cool and cut into small cubes.

Made this again for the second time... This time I used Pecorino Romano cheese... It came out fabulous! Love this recipe!
