CROUTONS FOR WEDDING SOUP 
8 eggs
7 tbsp. flour
Pinch of salt
Pinch of baking powder
Parsley

Separate eggs, beat egg whites until stiff but not dry. Leave a little egg white to mix in with the yolk and flour mixture. Mix egg yolks, flour, salt, baking powder and parsley together. Fold into egg whites. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees in greased tin or glass pan. Cut in cubes when cool.
