OREO CAKE 
1 (16 oz.) Oreo cookies, crumbled
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
12 oz. carton Cool Whip
1 lg. pkg. instant vanilla pudding

Reserve half of cookie crumbs. Add butter to other half of crumbs. Mix until moistened. Put into 9x13 inch pan.

Mix cream cheese with Cool Whip and spread on crust. Mix vanilla pudding as directed (for pie). Spread on cheese mixture. Add Cool Whip and top with rest of cookie crumbs.
