CINNAMON ROLLS 
1 pkg. or tbsp. yeast
2 tbsp. sugar
4 1/2 c. flour
2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. warm milk
1/2 c. warm water
1/3 c. vegetable oil

Mix ingredients and knead. Let rest for 15 minutes then knead and let rise twice the size. Roll flat with a rolling pin to about 10"x20". Spread oil lightly over surface, sprinkle with a mixture of 2 cups brown sugar and 1/2 cup white sugar. Roll the dough lengthwise and seal the edges and ends. Cut in 1" lengths and place on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Put in a warm place and let rise to twice the size. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
