FRUIT PIZZA 
Roll of Pillsbury sugar cookie dough
8 oz. cream cheese
4 1/2 oz. Cool Whip
Halved fresh strawberries
Bananas
Peaches
Pineapple

Slice the dough for cookies and place on 12" pizza pan covering it. Pat dough as for crust for pizza. Bake 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown. Cool. Mix cream cheese and Cool Whip. Spread over baked crust. Start at outer edge of pizza with strawberries all around, then bananas, peaches and pineapple in that order then put one large strawberry in the center. Cover with glaze.

GLAZE:

1/2 c. sugar
Dash of salt
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. water

Cook over medium heat until boils, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute. Cool. Spoon over fruit and vegetables. Very good.
