FRUIT PIZZA 
CRUST:

1 Pillsbury Sugar Cookie Dough

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 sm. apple, finely chopped
Peaches
Kiwi
Blueberries
Straw berries
Bananas
Mandarin oranges

GLAZE:

1 c. orange juice
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch

In round pizza or small cookie sheet roll or pat cookie dough in bottom of pan and up sides. Bake 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees until lightly brown. Let cool.

Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Spread over cooled cookie dough. Spread crushed pineapple over filling. Spread finely chopped apple over pineapple. Arrange fruit in decorative circular pattern over apple.

Combine all glaze ingredients in small saucepan. Cook until thick. Carefully spoon or brush over fruit. Refrigerate at least one hour. This pizza can be made one day ahead.
