FRUIT PIZZA DESSERT 
1 roll Pillsbury sugar cookie dough
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar

Pat dough onto greased pizza pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool. Mix cream cheese, vanilla, and sugar; spread on crust. Top with fresh or well-drained canned fruit.

GLAZE:

3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. water
1 c. orange juice
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt

Stir well; bring to boil. Cook 1 minute. Pour over fruit; chill.

Fruit choices: Kiwi, pineapple, peaches, strawberries, sweet cherries, blueberries, bananas, grapes.
